“For many are called, but few are chosen.”
(Matthew 22: 14 KJV)
It is ‘YOU’ who is the chosen few so allow Him to erase your sin!
He chose you while in your mother’s womb,
He didn’t create you for your spirit to dwell in a tomb.
He created you to serve only Him,
So when judged by others tell them to think again,
‘Cause’ they have neither heaven nor hell for your sins.
But don’t you repeat the same sin by then judging them!
Repent, and He’ll cleanse your sins whiter than snow which is His signature trait,
Stop letting the opinions of others get to you; Only He has the power to decide your fate.
Your sins are forgiven, is what He said,
So who are we to judge you at times when our sins are being well hid?
Now go and sin no more; just like He did.
He numbered your hairs to distinctively give you His trade mark,
And all He asks of you in return is for you to give Him back your heart.
He breathed into your nostrils and gave you His breath of life,
So begin to inhale Him,
Then exhale all your hidden stuff along with your misery and strife!
I get it; you made some bad choices along the way and so did I, but that’s ok,
When the world knocks you down, keep getting back up ‘cause’ tomorrow is a brand new day.
Remember this as long as you have His breath; ‘Only He’ has the last say.
If the truth be told, we all mess up and fall short of the glory of God,
Some of us just mask it better, while wearing a glorified facade.
When you’re down and out look to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and you take a stance,
Then yell at the top of your lungs to the world:
“Thank You Lord for giving me ‘Y‘OUR’ second chance”!
